Each Tether Tug is handmade and from time to time there is a defect with the materials or manufacturing process.

What's Covered

If you purchased your Tether Tug from our website (www.tethertug.com) and it breaks due to product material defect we will replace it. 

We have had larger dogs (roughly 150 lbs) play with the toy without any problems. While we can’t guarantee it will withstand the play of every dog, we will guarantee the product.

If you purchase the toy from our website, www.tethertug.com and it breaks quickly, we will replace or refund your purchase. Simply email our customer service team at support@tethertug.com to inquire about a replacement or refund.

What's Not Covered

The Tug Tough Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear that is expected with a dog toy nor destruction due to chewing and biting.

• Tether Tug is not designed or advertised as a chew toy.
• The Tether Tug pole will not withstand biting or chewing.
