Though not as large in stature as some of the other dogs mentioned, they are focused and strong. This is a well-conceived toy and my dog loves it. I have a two year old lab and was glad I ordered the largest size as she is a master tugger. I had a concern with one of the sheathes that covered the connection between the bending rod and the dangling part and I found the company AMAZINGLY receptive and incredibly prompt at a coming to a workable solution. Would I buy another? Absolutely, I plan to for my grand dog. Highly recommend for dogs who love tugging!

Jericho loves to play with this in the yard. My only suggestion, would be to put fins on the base, so when strong dogs pull on it, the base won't be pulled to either side in the ground. Otherwise, you have to sink the base pretty deep.

Money well spent! We originally got the toy for our German Shepherd, but he does not particularly care for a game of tug in general--he'd much rather play a game of fetch! However, we decided that we wanted to get a puppy and decided to keep it in hopes that the puppy would like it--and she does. Our 8 week old Belgian Malinois goes crazy over this toy! I'm glad I got the BIG size because she can reach it just fine at 8 weeks still, and it'll last as she grows.

Due to the weather in Nebraska, we’ve only had the tug out once. Our golden loves this toy!! It is well made, and definitely provides our active fur baby with the entertainment he craves. While the tug comes with anchoring equipment, from even the limited use our pup has had with it, we can see that we will need to take further anchoring action. Overall, we are very pleased with this product and highly recommend!!!
